2010 TEEN TUESDAYS

Teaching Family Homes of Upper Michigan has coordinated with other agencies in the area to offer Teen Tuesday events this summer. Teen Tuesdays are substance-free, admission-free events available to teens in Marquette County.

Planned activities include: tie-dying, volleyball, basketball, lawn games, crafts, music and much more. Prizes and free snacks will be provided as well.

The first Teen Tuesday this summer will be on June 8th at Miner’s Park in Negaunee from 7-9pm. Following events will be on:

Teen Tuesdays are funded primarily through community donations and mini grants from the United Way of Marquette County and the Marquette County Substance Abuse and Prevention Coalition.
